Postnatal Pilates

This 5 week series is aimed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. We focus on rehabilitating the core muscles and mobilizing areas of the body that have been affected by pregnancy. 

  • Reconnect with your pelvic floor

  • Strengthen your transverse abdominis to assist realignment of the linea alba and enhance core stability

  • Tighten the stretched rectus abdominis and then strengthen it within it's inner range

  • Stretch tight areas of your body that feel stiff and tight

  • This is also a great chance to meet other mothers in the area!
