This 5 week course is for people who are new to Pilates and want to learn the fundamentals before progressing onto a more challenging class. You will learn how to:

  • Activate your deep core and stabilizing muscles 

  • Move with conscious control

  • Reprogramme your movement patterns to prevent straining and overloading
     

This informative class is taken at a slower pace with plenty of instructions and corrections.
